“ I heard great things about Union before going, and they did not disappoint. I’ve been twice now and they have blow it out of the water on both occasions. My favorite dishes so far are the crawfish and shrimp lumpia and the watermelon and pork belly. The shishito peppers are super yummy too! I never had Musubi before. I wasn’t in love but it was good. The Ramen was excellent. And huge portions. I don’t think I could eat much other than that if I was by myself. Do not sleep on the spot. And do not skip the small plates. Update: it’s been a few years and Union Ramen still hits! ”
“ As a person who was lived in Japan for many years it was hard found a real “ramen” flavor as in Japan as well, I’m very happy to ate this Tonkatsu Ramen and it was impressive that had Nori included. 9/10 , very delicious, nice staff good atmosphere. Very enjoyable ”
“ Our serve Ivy was very pleasant and tentative. The small plates all sounds so good, so I ordered a few. They were all very delicious. Especially the dumplings that I almost didn’t get because I mean every where does dumplings! But these... literally chefs kiss with the berry and cream sauce. What an amazing idea! The ramen was good, and I’m sad that they didn’t have the lamb this time. However it is refreshing to see new items every so often. So exciting to try new things, so hopefully in the future they’ll bring on udon noodles. ”
“ Oh my God this is the best ramen spot on new orleans. The crawfish and shrim0 lumpia are phenomenal and I highly recommend the ube pina colada! Tastes like a lucky charms pina colada. ”
“ This review is long overdue! My coworkers and I visited Union Ramen Bar on a work trip in June 2024. The atmosphere was great!! The Union Ramen Bar Team was very kind and professional. I ordered the Miso Ramen with Fried Tofu. It was extremely flavorful!! We had a very positive experience overall. Thank you, Union Ramen Bar! ”
“ Insane meal! Get the ube pina colada and the dumplings. The ramen was easily some of the best we’ve had and we’ve been international! The matcha creme brulee is crackin! Thank you so much! ”
“ Amazing service - My friend dropped his spoon and the server saw it from across the restaurant. I watched as she grabbed a new spoon and came with a new one without needing to ask. Super attentive and gave us great recommendations. The food was rich and delicious. ”
“ This is by far one of the most delicious ramen places I've had. The buns were perfectly cooked, soft, sweet and savory. The Ramen Tori broth was absolutely perfect. Slices of mushrooms and perfectly prepared noodles. Love this place!! Additionally their kimchi was a balanced blend of bitterness and sweetness. Best kimchi I've ever had. ”
